Send your first day sheet

Turn a reviewed show into a day sheet your whole touring party can act on: Slack, email, a printable PDF, or a no-login magic link.

A reviewed show only helps once the people working it can see it. The day sheet puts show-day logistics in front of your touring party, styled like the app wherever it lands.

Before you start

Review the show first, and advance it if you can. Advance builds the day sheet from the show’s data, so whatever’s on the show page is what your crew sees.

1. Open the show and share it

From the show page, click Share. Pick the channel here, and Advance formats the same day sheet for wherever it’s going.

2. Pick a channel

Four ways to send the same show:

  • Slack posts to your connected workspace as a formatted Block Kit message, and it can push on a schedule (step 4). Connect Slack once first.
  • Email sends a full HTML day sheet styled like the app. Replies come back on one shared thread.
  • PDF is the day sheet on a single printable page: date and city, venue and hotel, logistics, the day-of-show contact, and the schedule. Print it and tape it to the green-room wall.
  • Magic link is a no-login link to the live day sheet. Anyone on the tour opens it on their phone, and it stays current when the show changes.

Everything the crew needs on one page, formatted for print. It leaves out the deal, notes, and guest list.

No app install for anyone. The link works and stays current if the show changes.

3. Connect Slack (one time, optional)

To use the Slack channel, connect your workspace once under Settings → Integrations. After that, day sheets post to the channel you chose.

4. Send it on a schedule

Open Settings → Integrations and turn on automatic sending. Email and Slack each have the same two switches, Day of show and Day before show, with a time for each. Advance sends in the show’s local timezone, so a west-coast date goes out on west-coast time.

Two things to know before you flip them on:

  • Auto-email goes to the touring-party members who have an email, so add them under Settings → Touring Party first. It only sends shows you’ve marked advanced.
  • Auto-Slack posts to your connected channel for every upcoming show, advanced or not.
