Tour management for independent artists

All your shows in one place.

Schedules, contacts, load-in, parking, guest lists. Organized for the whole touring party.

Your first 30 shows are free. No credit card required.

Show day

When it’s show day, the noise drops away.

The home card knows what you need next, the show page holds the rest, and the hotel is one tap away when the night’s done.

  1. 7:48 PM

    Tonight, front and center.

On show day your home card becomes the Tonight card: the venue address and directions sit right on it. No digging through the advance at the loading dock.

  2. 7:52 PM

Doors are open. Support on in 8 min.

The Tonight card pulses the next time on the schedule: doors, then support, then you. The full run sheet is one tap away on the show page. Nobody has to ask.

  3. 11:36 PM

    Settle up.

When the set’s done the show page offers the settle. Slide it, or tap “Paid as agreed” on a flat guarantee, and the walkout lands in your tour’s money before you’re in the van.

  4. 12:04 AM

    Off to the hotel.

From set time on, the Tonight card’s directions point at the hotel instead of the venue. No scrounging through confirmation emails during load out.

From the founder

“I built Advance so my bandmates would stop asking me what time soundcheck is.”

Pricing

Try a tour, or two, before you pay for Advance.

Your first 30 shows are free. No seat limits, no hidden upgrades. Paid plans start at $19/mo, and you can pause billing when you’re off the road.

Questions

Fair questions.

Do I need to change how I advance shows?

Not really. Advance the show over email the way you always have, then forward the thread to your Advance account and it pulls out the details.

Does the venue need an account?

No. The venue never touches Advance, and will not notice a thing, except that everyone is on time for load-in.

Do my bandmates need to pay?

No. One Advance account allows for unlimited seats.

What if the email is messy or full of old replies?

That’s the email it was built for. Advance reads the whole thread and extracts the important details.

Can I pause while I’m off the road?

On any paid plan, yes. Pause billing in the off-season, your shows and tours stay put, and you resume in one tap when shows start up again.

Forward your next advance to Advance.

No card, no enterprise setup, and no reason to rebuild the venue email by hand.
