Good to have you at the Hollow Room — locking everything for Friday. Day-of cell is (828) 555-0148, that's me, Sam. Load-in 4pm via the alley door on Eagle St, one step up to the stage; ask for me at the back. Your soundcheck at 5, then Paper Lanterns check at 6. Doors 7, Paper Lanterns on at 8, you're up at 9 for 90, curfew 11. Green room's upstairs stage left, stocked with water, coffee, tea, and light snacks; hot-meal buyout $20/head if you want it, just tell me by load-in. Wifi: HollowRoom-Guest / asheville2026. Parking: 2 spots reserved behind the venue off Eagle St, bus and trailer on Biltmore Ave after 6. Heads up: NC Public Radio asked for a 10-min interview with the band, runs statewide and picks up on the NPR app, say the word and I'll connect you. Still need a few things before doors: stage plot, input list, technical riders, merch area needs, and a W9.

> > On Jul 7, Sam wrote: House backline: DW kit (no cymbals/snare), Ampeg SVT + 8x10, a Fender Twin and a Vox AC30. Paper Lanterns go on first so we'll set them downstage. Stage is 24×16, one drum riser. FOH and monitors off the house board, our engineer Theo runs both; send the input list and he'll have it patched.

Get started

Start free. Pay when you tour.

Advance is live. I built it for my own band and now I'm opening it up. Create a free account and run your first 30 shows on me. No credit card, no waitlist. When you're touring enough to need more, plans start at $19/mo, and you can pause billing the moment you're off the road. I'm especially looking for tour managers and touring acts who will use it on real shows and tell me what needs work.
